All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final once an order has been placed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for opened, used, or unopened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
